When installing a sauna room, appropriate insulation treatment is mainly carried out on the walls, ceiling, and doors of the sauna room. When calculating the power requirement of an electric heater, the uninsulated surface will increase by approximately 1.2 cubic meters per square meter. In addition, when installing the sauna room, moisture-proof treatment must be carried out to prevent damp gas from entering the structure of other rooms or walls. The moisture-proof device should be installed between the heating insulation layer and the Flat noodles.
In order to meet the requirements of moisture-proof and insulation treatment during the installation process of sauna rooms, there are also certain requirements in the installation sequence. The specific installation sequence should be as follows:
1. The thickness of the wall insulation layer should not be less than 50mm, while the thickness of the ceiling should not be less than 100mm.
2. It is best to use cardboard boxes or aluminum foil sheets as steam isolation layers, installed above the insulating aluminum foil.
3. A minimum of 20mm air slot shall be reserved between the steam isolation layer and the internal Flat noodles.
4. In order to prevent moisture gas from accumulating behind the Flat noodles, a groove shall be reserved between the wall Flat noodles and the ceiling.
